Shorebreak 07

This link will take you to the Shorebreak07 preview video. Please do not click on it. It is 57MB. Do a right click and "save link as" and save it to your computer if you would like to watch it.

Please pray

I am speaking this weekend in Portland at our friends Kirk & Maryls Peterson's church. Would you pray that God would be at work as I speak and that his hand would be all over the camp this weekend in drawing students to himself and giving them a desire to live zealously for Him? Thanks, Buddy

Mp3 of Jen on Rush

Those of you that know Jen know that God has given me a great gift in my wife. Today she did a great job on Rush talking about how liberalism and feminism have diminished the role of a mom in the home and the need for loving discipline for our kids. You can listen to the MP3 file by clicking here.

Malachi Leadership

The whole time that we have been with Malachi Jeff Campbell, who was Jen's youth pastor in High School, has been our director. After the training that I was doing in Germany I got to spend a day with the Malchi team. During the meeting Jeff informed the team that Mark Wilson was going to be our new leader. Those of you that have been with for a long time might remember the story from Minnesota during our travels across America. http://old.rathmell.com/day10.html The family that picked us up was Mark's in-laws.
Mark is a great man and he will do a great job leading Malachi. I am excited about how God will use him to lead the team in the future.

The whole trip to Germany was great. It was really neat to be with the next generation of youth workers that will be working with Military youth and the time that I got to spend with my Malachi team members was a blast.
